Nicola Connolly has spent over 20 years working in recruitment, having started her career placing IT specialists.  

In 2004, she joined Michael Page International and was tasked with setting up their Consultancy, Strategy and Change recruitment practice, which she successfully grew over a period of 10 years and has not looked back since!

She has focused on finding candidates for these specific roles across all industry sectors where she has had the privilege of working with some amazing clients and to have helped candidates to achieve their goals. 

Honing in on all of her expertise and fabulous network to date, she created a specialised and solution focused recruitment company called Bramcote Consulting – where she offers a more nimble and tailored approach to recruitment for both clients and candidates alike.

With her spotlight on Consultancy, Strategy & Change, she adds value to the recruitment process via a mix of deep market insight, transparency, setting true expectations and building consultative partnerships with clients and candidates. Giving a mutual, detailed understanding to work as partners, to get the best possible results. Something she is truly passionate about.
